A couple more sleeping cats for caturday

in Caturday3 years ago

Yes, our cats find cozy places to curl up as well. According to @manorvillemike domestic cats sleep 16 hours a day or more. I think ours certainly fit into that range!

This is Kramer, he is a Ragdoll that is strange. He only likes to be rubbed when in "His Chair" or on "His table" He'll come running into the room, jump up there to be petted and of course make plenty of noise until he is. Anywhere else, he doesn't really want to be touched. Cat's are strange.

This one is Jax, our Alley cat. He is a Maine coon, and always manages to look scruffy, even 5 seconds after being brushed. His favorite thing is to climb up on my shoulder while I'm looking out the window. Otherwise lot's of napping.

We have another Ragdoll, "King" George, he is older and spends more time sleeping, and was hidden away when it was camera time. He generally comes out and makes his rounds a couple times a day, then back off to curling up on the beds or into hidden spaces.

Enjoy your Caturday!

Lot of different personalities with Manorville cats with a few mental cases thrown it ..I only have one long haired cat that that is too much.. Happy Caturday KSteem

Yah, these ragdolls are quite the hairy beasts. We actually have them shaved down 1-2 times a year. They won't let us brush them much besides around the head and neck, so then they get all matted up if we don't have them trimmed. I like them MUCH better with short hair.

Dexter gets knots from time to time ..if I can't comb them out I cut them out with a scissor.. He use to bite but better now only takes small chunks .. lol

He looks similar to our Ragdoll! I posted a few pics of him a couple of weeks back.

Ah yes, the mouser. His face is so dark compared to ours! I didn't even realize it was a ragdoll at first look.

Happy Caturday! Nice kitties live with you :D
