I will never understand some people. Now, when it's freezing at night and it's raining cold all day, the problem of stray animals is getting worse every day. My own brain doesn't understand how you can leave a helpless creature without a home and food. But some do it easily and don't even think they did something wrong.
I have only one reward for all my efforts - the happiness of seeing how a timid intimidated creature becomes cheerful and cheerful. The one who was hiding from me yesterday, today is already peacefully growling, eating without hiding, playing in a small, but most importantly safe and warm room.
Sometimes I'm in despair. I help, help and help. I can barely pull all my animals both physically and financially. And the problem is becoming more and more acute. I know one thing for sure - until the state passes laws that will severely punish those who kill animals, deprive them of their homes and make them suffer, the situation will not change. Man is the only creature on the planet capable of meanness.
Cats are considered independent animals capable of living independently. To some extent, it is. But it works as long as they are well-fed and healthy. As soon as these components are not available, the situation changes dramatically. They immediately begin to need human help. But it can be difficult. Cats and kittens that live outside are usually quite wild. They are not always willing to accept help. And then you have to come up with options how to catch them to take them to the vet.

I will never understand anyone not giving a pet 100% care, The thought of animals suffering rips my heart to bits, i know it happens and want to save them all. YOU are don't an amazing thing. Thank you 😊

🥺😥, we have the same problem here, too many abandoned cats 😞.
What we're doing to help reduce kitten abandonment here in the city is organizing low-cost spay/neuter days. Spaying and neutering animals and educating people are the only ways to stop animal abuse.
