Jever is the name of the German beer brand brewed by the Frisian Brewery in Jever. For more than 170 years now, Jever has been cultivating its very own Frisian-tart taste.
According to the brewery: "We achieve the unique taste by adding more of our high-quality hops during production. This provides the special, Frisian-tart taste - expressed in numbers, it's 40 bitter units."

What is Raclette? The yummy cheese is clamped in a holder and made to melt. The cheese can now be scraped onto the plate or bread with a knife.
