Hmmm - alc-free-beer is for my understanding very close to an ice tea, as beer is some cooked “corn” instead of cooked “leaves” in the tea. Booth is cooled down and delicious.
Many beer brewer say that they create sugar water to feed Yeast to create the taste and the alcohol.
Anyway, I guess it might be better to have you on the team with inviting people as on the problematic “beer ice tea” front. ;-)
