Hello everyone! Happy New Year!. It's been a long time since the last time I posted any content here on Hive. I give myself time to relax because I want to avoid stress due to my trigeminal nerve pain. But now it's already a month and I haven't felt the pain anymore, so I'm just hoping that it continues. So here I am today, back on Hive, and I would like to share my stories here again. Hopefully, you'll love to read it and support me.
For this content, I would like to share how we celebrated Christmas in school. Despite the calamities experienced Christmas still lives on in our hearts. It shows how strong our faith in God is, which gives us strength, hope, unity, and joy. May this joy be in our hearts and bring all these things as we move forward to the year 2026.
Our celebration was held only on our campus. We shared an amount and others donated larger amounts especially to those who got promoted. Our birthday celebrants also shared a lechon during our party thus making our preparation fabulous. While we the master teachers and the school head were in charge of the prizes of the games.
We created various committees in our group for food, physical arrangement, decorations, and program. The food committee was assigned to the elementary while the stage decorations, program, and hosting were given to the secondary department. We organized various teams. The team is composed of red, blue, green, and yellow. Each team was assigned to present a presentation for about 5-7 minutes.
We started our party by having our lunch at 11:00 am and then the formal program at exactly 1:00 pm. It started with a prayer, welcome remarks, and the introduction by the team. After the introduction was a photo opportunity for each team. Then the presentation follows. All presentations were unique and meaningful so we decided to make it a contest. After the presentation were the games. There were selected teachers to facilitate the games. We have six games. Each game was very fun and exciting. We all enjoyed our games thus making our party more festive. After the games was the presentation of the student teachers, followed by the awarding of winners and closing remarks We ended our Christmas celebration full of happiness despite the damage in our school and in our home brought by the calamities that struck in our place. We never lost our hope and chose to be happy rather than sad. We ended with full gratitude to each and every one who contributed to the success of our celebration.
