Since our Mayor wasn't there last time, I had to come back the other day to submit my letter of request for my oath-taking expenses.
I was told by the staff to come back the other day after lunch. I head out early that day, around 9 AM, so I could claim my PSA Birth Certificate and ask about the errors in it. I arrived at 11:43 AM and I wasn't sure if the Local Registry Office would still entertain me since it was almost lunch time.
I saw a woman asking about her papers, and it went quickly. I asked if I could claim my own PSA Birth Certificate even though I wasn't the one who processed it. It was fine, since they have a record book for people who claim the papers.
After I received the papers, I checked for errors. My mother's name was misspelled. I asked how to correct it, and she told me to wait while she wrote down the requirements. It looks like it's going to be a hassle.
I waited for quite a while because an older lady and her son were asking about something and there transaction took a long time. I stayed patient and calm while waiting, since the Mayor's Office wasn't open yet.
After what felt like 1 million years,lol, it was finally my turn. She wrote down all the requirements. There are a lot, and the fee is ₱1,000. This will probably worry my parents.
I finished my transaction and waited for the Mayor's arrival. It felt like forever but he arrived at 2 PM. I thought they would start assisting people right away, but we waited for almost another hour.
Finally, I finished around 3 PM. The wait was worthwhile. I was given assistance,and the Secretary will process the paperwork, so I'll wait for her message.

Events, gatherings, meetings, symposiums, and other occasions especially those concerning the municipality, take place here. It's a huge, spacious and comfortable place for large groups of people.
I crossed the road and passed by the Saint Michael's Church.
I stopped and looked back, taking a photo of a place I rarely visited, even in the past. I was thankful-wish granted. May the people who serve the public be given a good hearts to help, especially the poor.
While waiting for the motorcycle to go home, I saw a baby girl who I guess was with her aunt. I bought softdrinks and bread from merci. The baby kept looking at and reaching the softdrinks, so I gave her the bread instead, since the softdrink aren't good for her.
My last stop before going home was to buy ingredients for my Binignit.
First, I bought Malagkit Rice and took it to the milling place to have it ground into powder.
Then, I looked around and found camote, sagu, ube powder, and items for our mini store including sugar for the Binignit. I almost forgot to buy bananas.
At laaaasssssttt! I was heading home around 5 PM, tired, exhausted, and almost out of breath. The road was truly a disaster, so I decided to take a short break before starting to walk again.

Yeah right 😞 took me long enough to finish but I made it successful tho.
Whenever we process or claim documents in the government usually it takes a lot of time. They should change their processing in the future.
