Para sa linggo namang ito, nais kong ibahagi sa inyo ang aking mga munting payo para sa mga baguhan sa komunidad ng Hive at maski na rin sa mga susunod pang nais maging bahagi ng proyektong ito.
Good day to everyone! Let me start by saying thanks once more for promoting my blog last week. For this week, I'd want to offer you some tips for newcomers to the Hive community as well as for those who hope to take part in this project in the future.

Theme: What Advice Can You Give to Newbies on Hive?
Recall the time you were onboarded and how things have been going with your Hive experience so far. If you were trying to onboard someone on Hive, what useful advice can you give?
At dahil ilang buwan pa lamang akong namamalagi sa platapormang ito, uunahan ko na kayo, inaamin ko na kulang pa ako sa sapat na kaalaman sa buong Hive. Tulad nga ng sabi ng karamihan, maiisip mo sa una na napaka hirap naman gamitin ang Hive. Naalala ko ang unang araw na pinipilit kong makapasok sa site na ito pero laging nag-e-error. Nang mga panahon na ito, pinipilit akong tulungan ni @kelzyspeaks pero dahil nga ilang beses kong sinubukang makapasok, sa huli ay pansamantala ko na lang muna pinagliban at nag pokus muna sa ibang site.
And because I've only been using this platform for a short while, I'll say that I still don't fully understand how the entire Hive platform works. As most people remark, Hive may initially seem incredibly challenging to use. I can still recall attempting to access this site for the first time and receiving problems. Although @kelzyspeaks was attempting to assist me, I eventually just gave up on it for a while and concentrated on another site because I had already attempted to log in multiple times.
Pero dahil hindi ko sinayang ang oportunidad na mapasali sa magandang platform na ito, muli kong sinubukan sumali gamit ang frontend na ecency.com at sa wakas, ayun nga, nakapasok ako. Sa totoo lang ay hindi ito naging madali.
"Ano yung HP? HBD? HIVE?"
"Paano ako makakakuha ng mga ito??"
"Bakit hindi ako makapag post at comment?"
"Hindi ako napansin sa post ko, feeling ko hindi ako para dito sa Hive"
But because I didn't want to miss the chance to use this solid platform, I tried again using the ecency.com frontend and, surprisingly, I was eventually admitted. It wasn't simple, to be honest.
" What are HP, HBD, and HIVE?"
"How do I get them??"
Why am I unable to publish and comment?
"I feel like I don't fit here at Hive because I wasn't acknowledged in my post,"
Ilan lamang ito sa mga lagi kong iniisip noong una. Pero sa tulong nga ng aking mga virtual friends at sa mismong discord server ng HIVEPH, nagiging madali na sa akin ang paggamit ng mga frontend ng Hive. Kung ako inyong tatanungin ano ang maari kong maipayo sa gustong sumali sa komunidad na ito, unang una ay bibigay ko sakanya ang mga bagay na dapat niya munang malaman. Siguro magsimula tayo sa,
"Hindi ito scam ha. Mas lalong hindi ito easy money bes. Kung ano iyong tininanim for now, aanihin mo yan soon. Hindi guarantee na mabubuhay ka ng pagsusulat lang. Kung ako sayo ay mas makakabuti na magsulat ka dahil isa ito sa forte mo, at hilig mo talaga ang pagsusulat."
"Dito sa Hive, may iba ibang komunidad na maaaari mong salihan. Kung mahilig ka mag vlog, nariyan ang 3speak. Sa liketu naman eh pwede kang mag share ng mga photographs na alam mong hahangaan ng iba. Pero sabi ko nga, hindi guarantee na sa bawat post mo may mapapala ka. Pwedeng hindi ka mapansin at may araw namana na iilan lang makaka-appreciate ng gawa mo. Pero ang importante dito, wag kang panghinaan ng loob. Gawin mong motivation ang gawa ng ibang mga user at gumawa ka ng sarili mong blog na tagos sa puso. Hindi mo kailangan maging expert sa pagsusulat pero kung meron kang skills sa ganoon eh mas maganda. Dito sa Hive, kelangan ay pala-kaibigan ka din. Tandaan lang na sa bawat komento at support ng mga curator sa iyong gawa, dapat ay matuto kang alagaan ang reputasyon mo. Ang ibig kong sabihin dito ay alagaan mo rin ang iyong mga audience sa kung paano ka nila sinusuportahan."
"At pang huli, wag na wag kang makakalimot. Once na tumaas na ang iyong reputasyon at kinikita sa Hive, wag mong kalimutan ang mga kasabayan mong nananatiling nasa newbie level. Tandaan mo, naging isa ka rin sakanila. Mas mainam na ipasa mo pa rin sa ibang tao ang iyong mga natutunan at wag maging madamot."
These are only a few of the initial thoughts I've always had. But utilizing Hive's frontends is getting easier for me thanks to my online pals and HIVEPH's own discord server. If you ask me for guidance on how to join this community, the first thing I will tell you is what you should know before you join. Perhaps we begin with
"This is not a scam, it's not easy money. What you plant for now, you will reap soon. It is not a promise that you will make a livelihood only by writing. If I were you, it would be better for you to write since it is one of your strengths, and you truly love writing.
Here at Hive, there are different communities you can join. If you love to vlog, there's 3speak. On Liketu, you can share photographs that you know others will admire. But as I said, it is not a guarantee that you will be blessed with every post you make. You may not be noticed and there will be days when only a few will appreciate your work. But the important thing here is, don't get discouraged. Use the work of other users as motivation and create your own heartfelt blog. You don't need to be an expert in writing, but if you have skills in that way, it's better. Here at Hive, you want to be friends too. Just remember that with every comment and support of curators on your work, you should learn to take care of your reputation. What I mean by this is that you also take care of your audience in how they support you. And finally, don't ever forget. Once you have increased your reputation and income in Hive, don't forget your peers who remain at the newbie level. Keep in mind that you once became one of them. It's better that you still pass on what you've learned to other people and don't be greedy."
