SpaceX launches a 3rd Generation GPS Satellite [Live: 05.11.2020, 23:24 UTC]

SpaceX is launching GPS Block III SV04 satellite for the United States Space Force.

The booster is a Block 5 on its 1st flight and will land on a drone ship.

The mission to medium earth orbit (20'000km) will launch from Space Launch Complex-40, Cape Canaveral Space Force Station.

SpaceX will attempt to capture the fairings.

Cargo:

  • Satellite: GPS Block III SV04
  • Payload mass: 3'880kg
