Meme can be literally anything that can be transmitted through culture using his definition but among the Memehub tribe we prefer text on images and GIFs. It's the language of our people.
Speaking of language. Maybe you can create Spanish and English meme posts so I can brush up on my Español. That would be cool. Like the Rosetta stone but meme edition. 🤔

@por500bolos, please use imgflip.com, or some comparable site, to put the words in the pic, I think that would qualify.
If you shrink them, and arrange them in the pic, that is, at least, some effort, and defensible.

I think we are simply having a slight difference of concepts as to what in my opinion a meme really is or what it should looks like. I dunno, but perhaps it could be the little rebel in me or just my less than conventional style to do things what really makes me resist the temptation to ruin what otherwise would be a clean gorgeous photography of a wise man giving you some drops of wisdom and desecrate now such natural beauty by daubing it all with text over it. Or above, below or on the sides.
In my opinion all the ingredients required to turn this post into an excellent MeMe are there. The sumptuous picture, the landscape, the texts, the message and the wisdom are right there. Only that these are separated.
And I will simply leave it such as it is, so that everyone be able to download the image and without any need to cut it, crop it or whatever in imgflip.com, each one feels free to embaster it or spoil it with text over it as they see fit. Just to convert it in an 'acknowledged' MeMe according your own meme concept parameters.

Yeah! I tend to not play too well with established rules & definitions. Traditionally, I am used to challenging them with some food for thought.
That's exactly what I thought. But certainly, it is not that my rewards has been too many or too high, monetarily speaking, as to not keep trying to break the rules and get some fun. Hahaha
