La temporada regular 2021 de la MLB está en sus instancias finales, a todas las organizaciones le quedan menos de 20 encuentros por disputar, estamos presenciando una campaña llena de emociones y récord alcanzados, lo que está haciendo el Venezolano Salvador Pérez actualmente al principio de año era impensado, puesto que está teniendo la mejor campaña desde que hizo su debut en las grandes ligas por allá del 2011, es líder en casi todas las estadísticas ofensivas de los Royals y eso por si solo ya tiene mucho mérito, además de ser el guía de jóvenes que vienen ganando terreno en el roster principal de un conjunto de Kansas City que ya piensa en el spring training de 2022.
