Buen día mi gente hermosa #hivers, que tú día esté desarrollándose de lo mejor y con toda la buena actitud, manteniendo el cuerpo ejercitado. Hoy practicaremos movimientos de agilidad y resistencia, los músculos deben empezar a estirar más y agarrar fuerza en los movimientos, para poder desarrollar de manera un poco más productiva nuestro día, así que comenzamos.

Realizamos 3 series de 10 repeticiones.

We perform 3 sets of 10 repetitions.

Nos colocamos en el piso, boca arriba con las piernas estiradas , los codos pegados al piso, abdomen rígido y comenzamos elevando una pierna y luego cambiamos(6 veces) luego juntamos las piernas y realizamos el movimiento conjunto, estirando y luego elevando las piernas.

Nos colocamos en el piso sentados con las piernas flexionadas, las manos a la altura del vientre, el abdomen rígido para mantener el equilibrio y empezamos moviendo el tronco de lado a lado,(8 veces) y luego nos extendemos totalmente.
