Adoptamos la posición de sentadillas, piernas abiertas, brazos estirados hacia abajo; de inmediato, extendemos las piernas dando un rodillazo, estirando a la vez, y hacia arriba el brazo del mismo lado del rodillazo. Volvemos a posición inicial, extendemos piernas, rodillazo con la otra pierna, y al mismo tiempo extendemos el brazo del mismo lado hacia arriba. 3 minutos de acción continúa.

Flexión hindú corta / Choque de codo con rodilla

Cuerpo completo activado con esta primera parte. Se dice que la flexión es corta, ya que la elevación de los glúteos no es tan extensa. Iniciamos:
Posición de flexiones con los glúteos ligeramente elevados, de inmediato, bajamos haciendo la flexión en forma de onda, culminando con los brazos estirados y torso elevado. Luego, giramos el cuerpo a un lado, flexionando el torso un poco lateralmente, acompañado de un codazo y un rodillazo, logrando que el codo y la rodilla se toquen. Vuelves a posición inicial, hacemos otra flexión hindú corta, para luego dar otro codazo y rodillazo del lado opuesto, haciendo que estos se toquen. Codazo hacia abajo + rodillazo, con cambio de guardia en velocidad

De igual forma, con estos movimientos tenemos activos todos los músculos, con énfasis en el tren inferior y brazos. Vamos:
Posición de combate de lado, llevamos el cuerpo un poco hacia atrás, para tomar impulso al momento de dar el codazo; ahora, con el brazo delantero damos el codazo hacia abajo, rápidamente propimamos el rodillazo cruzado con la pierna de atrás. Con un salto, en velocidad y con energía, cambiamos la guardia, damos el otro codazo, más rodillazo con pierna trasera. 20 repeticiones por lado en 4 series.

Estocada trasera + gancho

Aquí se activa el tren inferior, abdominales oblicuos, brazos. Iniciamos:

Con el ejercicio completo, activamos cada grupo muscular. Muy efectivo para piernas, glúteos y espalda. Comenzamos:
Nos colocamos de rodillas, manos en el piso a nivel de los hombros, elevamos una de las rodilas, y en esa posición la llevas un poco más adentro. Esta es la posición que se debe adoptar para iniciar el ejercicio. Ahora, con la rodilla que no toca suelo y con fuerza, damos una patada hacia arriba; luego, llevas el cuerpo completo al suelo para hacer un superman. Vuelves al inicio, das la patada de burro con la pierna opuesta, seguídamente cuerpo al suelo, y viene otro superman. 20 repeticiones por cada lado, en 4 series.
