Hoy Sali al aire libre, para respirar este aire fresco, disfrutar del sol y de este bello día despejado con un hermoso cielo azul.
Esto facilita ejercitarnos. Mi idea, es ilustrar con ejercicios, para que escojas los que deseas hacer y armar tu propia rutina.
Esta actividad de hoy, mas que una rutina, es una lluvia de ideas, para ejercitarte al aire libre.
Puedes agregar o quitar los que desees, de acuerdo a tus objetivos.
