Saludos a todos los amantes de Hive y en especial a todas aquellas personas que apenas están comenzando en la plataforma, esta publicación está dedicada precisamente a este último grupo, porque ningún consejo es innecesario para el que tiene la mentalidad abierta para aprender algo nuevo, este es mi aporte a la Iniciativa: Mejores consejos para iniciar en Hive . 1 Haz un banco de ideas/ Make an idea bank
Existen dos tipos de personalidades que entran en Hive, las primeras tienen una idea muy clara y definida del tipo de contenido que quieren crear, las otras personas no tienen idea acerca de que escribir, para ambos tipos de personas tengo consejos , para los primeros les aconsejo que no se queden estancados dentro de un solo tema o tipo de contenido, atreverse a variar el tema y las comunidades donde se publica es la mejor estrategia para lograr visibilidad y también obtener recompensas, expandir el rango de temas ha sido mi estrategia de supervivencia de la plataforma, obteniendo como resultado no sólo “sobrevivir” sino crecer como creadora de contenido, crecer a nivel reputación y obtener medallas y objetivos. Mi segundo consejo aplica tanto para los que tiene ideas como para los que no, es crear un banco de ideas, tomar un lápiz y papel, o en el celular o computadora, sea donde sea y anotar las ideas que se te vayan ocurriendo para publicar, a veces no tienes que tener la idea clara, pero si al menos un tipo de contenido, por ejemplo si quiero hacer algo de cocina al menos anotar “publicar un postre”, luego a partir de esta idea ir definiendo que tipo de postre y que necesitas para hacerlo, entonces ubicarlo en una posición de la lista que te permota ir publicando los temas anteriores en la lista a la vez que vas planificando la compra de los que necesitas para el postre sumando al tiempo de redacción, ajustando tu agenda de contenido, lo mismo puedes hacer con las manualidades o incluso con las reseñas de películas, pues no todo el mundo tiene el tiempo de ver cine, anota todas tus ideas y poco a poco verás que si tienes una gran lista de contenido que publicar.

My second advice applies to both those who have ideas and those who do not, is to create a bank of ideas, take a pencil and paper, or on your cell phone or computer, wherever it is and write down the ideas that occur to you to publish , sometimes you don't have to have a clear idea, but if at least one type of content, for example if I want to do some cooking at least write down "publish a dessert", then from this idea go defining what type of dessert and you need to do it, then place it in a position on the list that allows you to publish the previous topics on the list while planning the purchase of the ones you need for dessert, adding to the writing time, adjusting your content agenda You can do the same with crafts or even with movie reviews, because not everyone has the time to watch movies, write down all your ideas and little by little you will see that you have a great list of content to publish.
2 Publica dentro de las comunidades/ Post in communities
Muchas personas en sus inicios comenten el error de publicar fuera de la comunidad, esto es algo que es básico pero al mismo tiempo es una común, mi consejo es asegurarte que estas publicando dentro de una comunidad, esta comunidad también debes escogerla con cuidado, sabiendo que el tema debe estar acorde a las reglas de dicha comunidad, siempre anclado en la descripción de la comunidad están sus reglas, asegúrate de leer las normas para evitar que tus publicaciones sean silenciadas, es común que personas cercanas me pregunten el motivo de que alguna publicación sea silenciada, mi respuesta siempre es la misma: “lee las normas de la comunidad y asegúrate de no haber incumplido con alguna de las reglas”, casi siempre la persona ha cometido una falta y no se había dado cuenta, sin embargo, si eso sucede, no es el fin del mundo, siempre se puede aprender de los errores, lo más importante es no desanimarse y seguir adelante aprendiendo. Por cierto ninguna comunidad acepta el uso de imágenes o texto extraídos de páginas externas sin colocar el enlace de la fuente utilizada, incluso si cometiste dicho error, debes editar tu publicación y enmendarlo, lo ideal es publicar contenido original y si usaste algo de afuera es mejor dejarlo claro.

By the way, no community accepts the use of images or text extracted from external pages without placing the link of the source used, even if you made this mistake, you must edit your publication and amend it, the ideal is to publish original content and if you used something from outside it is better make it clear.

3 Interactúa con los demás - Participa en retos/ Interact with others - Participate in challenges
La interacción con los demás no es solo votar por otras publicaciones, al respecto si eres nuevo solo debes tener en cuenta el uso de sus recursos, monitorear tus recursos te permitirá saber cuantos comentarios y votos puedes hacer al día sin excederte, sin embargo, comienza a interactuar desde el primer momento, eso te ayuda a tener visibilidad y alcance en tus publicaciones, conocer personas con tus mismos intereses, estar al tanto de todo lo nuevo en la plataforma que te puede afectar, ejemplo saber de una actualización te puede salvar de llevarte un susto un día en que un nodo falle y no puedas publicar, eso solo lo puedes hacer si estás atento a lo que publican los demás e interactúas con ellos, esto a veces ayuda si usas Discord para comunicarte con algunos usuarios en grupos y canales dedicados a Hive. Otro consejo es que participes en concurso, retos e iniciativas que están promovidos por los usuarios o por los moderador de las comunidades, no lo hagas pensando solo en el premio del concurso, participa con la intención de interactuar con los demás participantes, puedes incluir esto como parte de tu agenda o banco de temas de publicaciones .
Interaction with others is not just voting for other publications, in this regard if you are new you should only take into account the use of their resources, monitoring your resources will allow you to know how many comments and votes you can make per day without exceeding, however, start to interact from the first moment, that helps you to have visibility and reach in your publications, meet people with your same interests, be aware of everything new on the platform that can affect you, for example knowing about an update can save you from get a scare one day when a node fails and you can not post, you can only do that if you are aware of what others post and interact with them, this sometimes helps if you use Discord to communicate with some users in groups and channels dedicated to Hive. Another tip is that you participate in contests, challenges and initiatives that are promoted by users or by community moderators, do not do it thinking only of the contest prize, participate with the intention of interacting with other participants, you can include this as part of your agenda or bank of publication topics.

4 Crea una plantilla o estilo / Create a template or style
El uso del markdown al principio puede parecer difícil, pero mi consejo es que al principio no te sientas limitado, usa las la herramientas predeterminadas del editor de texto de la plataforma, mientras hagas un uso correcto de dichas herramientas y diferenciar bien cuando un texto es inglés o tiene un traducción en español todo estará bien, lo más importante en una publicación es que sea de fácil lectura, me refiero a que no se liguen los textos de ambos idiomas, mientras estés nuevo date tiempo para prender el markdown, practica cuando no estés publicando, solo has pruebas con los códigos y el editor de texto y la previsualizacion, una vez hayas logrado que el formato de tu texto e imágenes sea el deseado copia esa plantilla y guárdala, de ese modo puedes usar el mismo formato cada vez que hagas una publicación, eso te ahorrará tiempo y hará tu vida más fácil en Hive, poco a poco puedes ir mejorando dicha plantilla conforme vayas aprendiendo, usando separadores personalizados, colores y estilos que hagan única tu publicación, pero no hay prisa, es mejor hacerlo simple mientras eres nuevo, pronto lo lograrás.

5 No pienses solo en la recompensa / Don't just think about the reward
Esto es el consejo máximo, mi país esta en crisis, no podemos comparar nuestros intereses con los de otras personas que no sufren tales dificultades, sin embargo, si es tu caso y de verdad necesitas las recompensas, es mejor que hagas el esfuerzo de no pensar mucho en esto, haz cada publicación con el mismo amor y compromiso siempre, no esperes tener la recompensa para sentirte motivado, para cada usuario de Hive siempre hay subidas y bajadas, lo ideal para no sentirse mal en las bajadas en no hacerlo solo por motivación económica, no me mal interpreten, yo vivo gracias a Hive, pero mientras estoy escribiendo, haciendo una manualidad o participando en un concurso no estoy pensando en al recompensa, estoy pensando en que debo hacerlo bien porque me llena de satisfacción hacer un buen trabajo, esa sensación de haber puesto esfuerzo en la realización y el premio es haber publicado y que otros vean mi trabajo.

6 Usa de forma consciente las menciones y etiquetas / Consciously use mentions and tags
Creo que esto lo aconsejarán muchas personas pero aun así lo sigo observando, por favor, no menciones a demasiados usuarios al azar en tus publicaciones, esto está mal visto, a nadie le gusta recibir una notificación de mención proveniente de una persona desconocida, algunas excepciones aplican, como por ejemplo si los moderadores de una comunidad te mencionan en una invitación, esto puede interesarte y deberías estar agradecido de tal mención, pero imagina que estás en tu casa y debes responder a diferentes llamados de forma aleatoria que desconocidos hagan a tu puerta, siento que eso es un poco irrespetuoso, por eso es bueno mencionar solo a las personas con las que estas teniendo una interacción genuina, lo mismo aplica mencionar a las ballenas o proyectos.

Son muy buenos consejos, siempre trato de interactuar en diferentes comunidades, he encontrado personas muy amables y cordiales, no puedo estar mucho tiempo frente a la pantalla, pero voy poco a poco. Una de las cosas que no hago es participar en Discord, tengo mi cuenta, pero soy muy tímida, me ha costado dar ese paso, sé que es importante para relacionarme, pero bueno, ya llegará el momento, gracias por los consejos.
