VERSIÓN EN ESPAÑOL
El domingo 11 de septiembre se realizó el tan esperado evento de la comunidad Streeet Workout de Hive en la ciudad crepuscular de Barquisimeto, y tuvo lugar en un centro comercial emblemático no solo para el Estado sino a nivel nacional, el centro comercial Sambil, de tal manera que ya de primera les puedo decir que ha sido un evento que ha demostrado a mayor escala el impacto positivo que las diversas comunidades que hacen vida en nuestra blockchain pueden tener en la sociedad. En este post les comparto algunas de mis impresiones al respecto:
Experiencias del Evento
La génesis de este evento tuvo lugar en el último encuentro de Hive realizado en la ciudad, cuando @manuelramos hizo la propuesta a @hiversbqto y nosotros aceptamos el reto de la preparación y organización de la actividad, donde hemos podido experimentar una de las caras más enérgicas que hay en la blockchain que demuestra que Hive no es solo estar sentado en un escritorio generando contenido, sino también un espacio para compartir y mostrar lo que nos apasiona, y la pasión de los jóvenes del SWC era evidente, la perfección de sus movimientos fue para mí uno de sus signos más evidentes.
Un evento de esta magnitud implica un importante esfuerzo conjunto de preparación, por ello, ya desde días anteriores se habían hecho las diligencias respectivas que gestionaban los permisos del lugar, particularmente me pude acercar para brindar mi apoyo presencial un día antes de la actividad, ya que sabía era importante afinar los detalles. Lo interesante es que algunos de los hivers presentes tuvimos la oportunidad de compartir y conocernos más, de tal manera que pude experimentar cómo este tipo de actividades también son un espacio para crecer juntos como comunidad. En efecto, luego del evento, esperando la hora para terminar de desmontar los aparatos usados, también pudimos generar un clima agradable donde las conversaciones, risas y buena comida fueron nuestras aliadas.
Enseñanzas de la comunidad SWC
Una de las cosas maravillosas que tiene Hive es la construcción de comunidades, ya que nos brindan a todos la posibilidad de sentirnos partes de un nicho particular. Por eso, podemos afirmar que aunque Hive es una sola, una vía donde todos vamos aportando y construyendo, hay diversos caminos por los cuales vivimos esta estupenda aventura. En el evento del cual estamos compartiendo nuestras impresiones, se trata de una extrema, pero muy gratificante aventura llamada Streeet Workout Community, a la cual desde aquí felicito por su dedicación y mostrarnos en la tarde del domingo las actividades físicas que realizan, de cada uno de ustedes he aprendido la importancia de:
La organización. ¿Cómo controlar el ímpetu de más de 30 jóvenes atletas? Fue una de las preguntas que me surgieron, luego pude observar que para esta comunidad esto era posible porque había cargos establecidos para su eficaz funcionamiento: además de los atletas tienen a su asesora @marlenyaragua, en quien, junto a su hijo Manuel, se siente el compromiso no solo con su comunidad sino con Hive en general. De igual manera, están los encargados de la salud para prevenir y/o atender cualquier percance con los chicos, los de las redes sociales para llevar un registro y mostrar en el mundo virtual todas sus actividades, animadores que llevan el desarrollo de las actividades, entre otros que uno no conoce, pero que sé hacen una labor de importancia para que todo salga de la mejor manera posible.
Disciplina, constancia y tiempo. Estas tres palabras fueron las que me descifraron la razón del excelente desempeño de los atletas, pues, ellos siempre fueron claros que llegar a una ejecución perfecta de los diversos movimientos que nos mostraron no era algo que podía hacerse de la noche a la mañana, que se ameritaba de tiempo y junto a él ser disciplinado, tener una rutina de entrenamiento y no desanimarse, ya que detrás de todo lo que vimos hay esfuerzos y caídas que tientan a no seguir entrenando, por eso, solo los que perseveran pueden ver y disfrutar de los frutos.
Dos atletas a resaltar
Tuvimos presentaciones de la disciplina en sus tres categorías: amateur, semi-profesional y profesional. De igual manera, jóvenes de diversos estados del país, incluso de la ciudad, se hicieron presente. En cada uno se notó su esmero y dedicación, y en realidad todos lograron una ejecución magnífica. No obstante, quiero compartir y desde aquí animar y felicitar el desempeño de @milagroscdlrr y @jose-sw31.
Milagros no tuvo reparos en ser la única mujer del grupo de atletas y hacer una demostración impecable de sus cualidades y habilidades. De esta manera, no solo mostró la universalidad de esta disciplina, sino que fue representante del importante rol que desempeñan las mujeres en la sociedad. José, el benjamín del grupo que con solo 15 años, demostró que no hay excusas para lograr lo que uno se propone y que algunos Hivers de Barquisimeto ya contratamos como nuestro coach virtual, ja, ja, ja.
Finalmente, quiero expresar lo agradecido que me siento por hacer participado en este grandioso evento que me enseñó sobre el Streeet Workout y en vivo pude presenciar lo que realizan. Gracias a todos los que hicieron esto posible, mis mejores augurios para sus próximos eventos y que sigan mostrando esta cara enérgica y camino de aventura y realización de sueños dentro de nuestra blockchain de Hive.
Felicidades también a todos el equipo de @hiversbqto que colaboraron para la realización de este evento, de manera especial a quienes fueron nuestros speakers, @zullyscott, @filoriologo, y @soy-laloreto porque no podíamos desaprovechar esta oportunidad para hablar a todos los asistentes aunque sea un poco sobre todo lo que Hive nos permite realizar y lograr.

On Sunday, September 11, the long-awaited event of the Streeet Workout community of Hive was held in the twilight city of Barquisimeto, and it took place in an emblematic shopping center not only for the state but nationally, the Sambil shopping center, so that I can already tell you that it has been an event that has demonstrated on a larger scale the positive impact that the various communities that make life in our blockchain can have on society. In this post I share with you some of my impressions about it:
Event Experiences.
The genesis of this event took place in the last Hive meeting held in the city when @manuelramos made the proposal to @hiversbqto and we accepted the challenge of the preparation and organization of the activity, where we have been able to experience one of the most energetic faces there is in blockchain that shows that Hive is not just sitting at a desk generating content, but also a space to share and show what we are passionate about, and the passion of the SWC youth was evident, the perfection of their movements was for me one of its most obvious signs.
An event of this magnitude implies an essential joint effort of preparation, therefore, a few days before, the respective steps had already been taken to manage the permissions of the place, particularly I was able to approach to provide my personal support a day before the activity, as I knew it was important to fine-tune the details. The interesting thing is that some of the hivers presents had the opportunity to share and get to know each other better, in such a way that I could experience how this kind of activity is also a space to grow together as a community. Indeed, after the event, waiting for the time to finish dismantling the used devices, we were also able to generate a pleasant atmosphere where conversations, laughter, and good food were our allies.
Lessons from the SWC community
One of the wonderful things about Hive is the building of communities since they give us all the possibility to feel part of a particular niche. Therefore, we can affirm that although Hive is only one, way where we all contribute and build, there are different ways in which we live this wonderful adventure. In the event of which we are sharing our impressions, it is an extreme, but very rewarding adventure called Street Workout Community, which from here I congratulate you for your dedication and show us on Sunday afternoon the physical activities you do, from each of you I have learned the importance of The organization:
How do control the momentum of more than 30 young athletes? It was one of the questions that came to me, then I could see that for this community this was possible because there were established positions for its effective functioning: in addition to the athletes they have their advisor @marlenyaragua, in whom, along with his son Manuel, you feel the commitment not only with their community but with Hive in general. Similarly, there are those in charge of health to prevent and/or attend any mishap with the kids, those on social networks to keep track and show in the virtual world all their activities, and animators who lead the development of the activities, among others that one does not know, but I know they do an important job so that everything goes as smoothly as possible.
Discipline, perseverance, and time. These three words were the ones that deciphered for me the reason for the excellent performance of the athletes because they were always clear that reaching a perfect execution of the various movements that they showed us was not something that could be done overnight, it took time and along with it to be disciplined, have a training routine and not get discouraged, because behind everything we saw there are efforts and falls that tempt not to continue training, so only those who persevere can see and enjoy the fruits.
Two athletes to highlight
We had presentations of the discipline in its three categories: amateur, semi-professional and professional. Likewise, young people from different states of the country, including the city, were present. Their dedication and dedication were evident in each one of them, and in fact, they all achieved a magnificent performances. However, I want to share and from here I want to encourage and congratulate the version of @milagroscdlrr and @jose-sw31.
Milagros had no qualms about being the only woman in the group of athletes and gave an impeccable demonstration of her qualities and skills. In this way, she not only showed the universality of this discipline but also represented the important role that women play in society. José, the youngest of the group, at only 15 years old, showed that there are no excuses to achieve what you want and that some Hivers of Barquisimeto have already hired him as our virtual coach, ha, ha, ha, ha.
Finally, I want to express how grateful I feel for having participated in this great event that taught me about the Street Workout and live I could witness what they do. Thanks to all who made this possible, best wishes for your upcoming events, and may you continue to show this energetic face and path of adventure and realization of dreams within our Hive blockchain.
Congratulations also to all the @hiversbqto team that collaborated for the realization of this event, especially to those who were our speakers, @zullyscott, @filoriologo, and @soy-laloreto because we could not miss this opportunity to talk to all attendees even a little about everything that Hive allows us to perform and achieve.

Me ha encantado como desarrollaste tu post y tu experiencia, definitivamente los chicos de SWC nos enseñaron sobre organización y disciplina, yo también quedé impactada por el orden y la forma en que tan profesionalmente se llevaron a cabo las actividades, sin dudas un evento que generó gran impacto.
