El día de hoy quiero hablarles de mi experiencia en esta maravillosa plataforma a la cual llegue hace exactamente 3 meses. Para serles sincera, el primer mes para mí no cuenta mucho porque cuando ingresé no dispuse del tiempo necesario para familiarizarme con la Comunidad, luego con pasos muy temerosos fui haciendo publicaciones apoyándome de mis amigos de @rutablockchain, y aun en las primeras de ellas no había comprendido bien lo que era estar en esta Comunidad Hive.

Desde hace poco más de un mes, aparté algunas tareas en casa y proyectos profesionales en curso para poder comprender mejor la dinámica de Hive, no ha sido tarea fácil para mí porque no he sido precisamente una persona muy dada en las redes, todo lo contrario.
Cuando acepté la invitación que me hicieron para unirme a Hive lo hice con un interés más económico y profesional, lo vi por una parte como una posibilidad de generar recursos adicionales a mis ingresos habituales y por otra, como un medio para mostrarme y captar potenciales “clientes” para los proyectos que estoy desarrollando en el área de crecimiento personal.
Sin embargo, desde que ingresé esas expectativas han dado un vuelco enorme y me encuentro asombrada de las infinitas posibilidades que estoy viendo en Hive en estos momentos, y es parte de lo que les quiero conversar el día de hoy.
Hive: un espacio para el encuentro
Titulé este post “Hive: una experiencia de auto-conocimiento” porque eso es lo que ha resultado para mí desde que ingresé, cada publicación ha sido un reto en todo sentido, el primero de ellos fue trascender ese “celo” por compartir mi vida personal, que hasta hace muy poco era muy buen resguardada en las paredes de mi mente y corazón, y de seguidas reencuadrar esas creencias sobre: ¿A quién le va interesar mi historia? ¿Quién me va a leer? ¿No será acaso una pérdida de tiempo? “Entre tantas personas y publicaciones que hay en esta Comunidad es muy difícil que me puedan leer” y tantas otras creencias, limitaciones y barreras que nos AUTO-IMPONEMOS para no hacer, para no intentar, para no aventurarnos...
Ya ese interés de obtener una recompensa económica no tenía tanto valor como el que me genera ahora la expectativa de esperar un corazón o un comentario, saber que mi historia y los aportes que puedo hacer en esta Comunidad tienen algún sentido y un valor para otro, y como un plus a todo esto, ver aflorar muchas cosas que me van adentrando a ese camino de auto-conocimiento.
Adicionalmente, te reta a crear contenido de valor, original, de calidad y todo ello motiva hacer cada día un mejor aporte dentro de la Comunidad.
Hive: más que una Red Social
Cuando hice mi primera publicación pensé que tenía una idea clara de lo que iba a compartir en la Comunidad, no obstante, ninguna de esas ideas ha sido plasmada porque en su lugar han ido surgiendo otras, desde un espacio de apertura y compartir que no pensé iba a lograr con tan poco tiempo en la Comunidad.
Y es que Hive no es una Red Social más, es muy diferente a lo que había conocido hasta ahora, es una verdadera Comunidad, dónde cada quien se expresa cómo quiere, sin censuras y además es bien recibido, en un ambiente en el que resaltan valores como el respeto, el compartir, la receptividad, el intercambio de ideas, ayudar a otro con total y absoluto desinterés, entre muchos valores más que te hacen sentir parte y dueño a la vez.
Tengo la impresión de que en otras redes las personas van a tomar lo que necesitan y no aprecian verdaderamente el tiempo y dedicación que el autor le toma hacer su “creación”, usan la información y ni las gracias.
Por ello encuentro fascinante que esta plataforma no sólo genera espacios de compartir e intercambio, sino que además promueve de diferentes formas que cada miembro explote sus talentos.
Hive brinda oportunidades infinitas para todos. Hay tantas Comunidades y personas mostrando sus talentos, dones, habilidades. Es una Red dónde encuentras de todo “mucho”, hay espacio para las artes, la poesía, la fotografía, la política, la religión, la cultura, deportes, la literatura, noticias, gastronomía, manualidades, y un largo etc., etc., etc., lo que le da un tinte a la plataforma “integral” y de “diversidad”, con muchas posibilidades de interacción y aprendizajes.
Hive: una verdadera experiencia de liberación…

Ahora que me siento más involucrada con la Comunidad, me encuentro asombrada del gusto y cariño que le he tomado en tan poco tiempo… Y cómo no hacerlo si he puesto al descubierto muchas vivencias personales que no sólo me han servido para reflexionar sobre ellas y permitir que los sentimientos que tenía al respecto afloren, sino además me he sentido acompañada y recibida con cada uno de los comentarios que me han dado.
Por eso califico mi experiencia en Hive como un “camino de auto-conocimiento”, cada post ha sido muy revelador de mis procesos personales, me han servido para sanar, superar situaciones que creía olvidada, agradecer muchas otras, observar situaciones que aún me faltan superar, en fin ha sido una experiencia de catarsis, revelación, exploración, contención, descubrimiento, confesión y sanación.

Las primeras semanas estaba muy ocupada en pensar sobre mis publicaciones y tratar de entender todos los “intríngulis” de la plataforma, luego dediqué varios días a solo leer publicaciones, conocer comunidades, ir de un lado a otro observando el movimiento. Después perdí la pena y empecé a interactuar, haciendo comentarios, votando las publicaciones y más que ello involucrándome en la vida de otros, pues sí, Hive brinda ese espacio para que puedas conectarte con otra historia parecida o no a la tuya y eso me ha resultado absolutamente ameno, porque ha sido natural y fluido, nada forzado u obligado.
Con cada post que leo siento como me voy interesando más en las creaciones del otro, empiezas a seguir el trabajo de cada quién y da mucho entusiasmo estar a la “espera” de lo que vendrá luego, de lo que van a compartir, del desenlace de historias inconclusas, las curiosidades y vivencias compartidas, y hasta las sorpresas que pueden darte esos autores que desbordan creatividad, pasión y talento en sus publicaciones…
Hasta ahora invité a mi hermana y una gran amiga a formar parte esta Comunidad Hive, y aunque sus experiencias no son para nada iguales a las mías, porque sus intereses y habilidades son otras, las veo motivadas cada una en su área creando contenido, transitando al igual que yo ese camino de descubrimiento y encontrando en este espacio una de esas infinitas posibilidades para crecer, mostrarse y disfrutar de la experiencia mientras lo haces.
Siiiiii!!!! Hive es una experiencia de Disfrute total, puedes pasar muchas horas entretenido haciendo vida en la plataforma y casi, casi que puede resultar un vicio… Eso me ha ocurrido en tan solo estos dos últimos meses, me imagino que los que tienen más tiempo andando por este camino tendrán muchas más otras cosas que contar.
Gracias @rutablockchain por mostrarme esta posibilidad y crear esta Comunidad que crecerá sin dudas a ritmo acelerado porque estoy segura de que son miles de personas las que han encontrado en Hive un espacio para hacer Vida.

Hive: A self-knowledge experience
Today I want to talk about my experience on this wonderful Community in which I have approximately three months. To be honest, the first month does not count for me because when I joined I didn't have the time to get to know the Community, then with very fearful steps I was making publications with the support of my friends of @rutablockchain, and even in the first ones I had not understood well what it was like to be in this Hive Community.
A month ago, I left some homeworking and professional projects in progress in order to better understand the dynamics of Hive, it has not been easy for me because I have not exactly been a very given person in the networks, quite the contrary.
When I accepted the invitation to join Hive, I had an economic and professional interest, it was a possibility to generate additional resources to my usual income and also a means to show myself and capture potential "clients" for the projects I am developing in the area of personal growth.
However, those expectations have been turned upside down and I am amazed at the endless possibilities I am seeing at Hive right now, and that is part of what I want to talk to you about today.
Hive: a path of growth
I titled this post "Hive: an experience of self-knowledge" because that is what it has been for me since I joined, each publication has been a challenge in every sense, the first one was to transcend that "zeal" to share my personal life, which until very recently was very well guarded in the walls of my mind and heart, and then to reframe those beliefs about: Who will be interested in my story? Who will read me? Won't it be a waste of time? "Among so many people and publications in this Community it is very difficult for them to read me" and so many other beliefs, limitations and barriers that we SELF-IMPOSE not to do, not to try, not to venture...
Already this interest in obtaining a financial reward was not as valuable as the one that now generates in me the expectation of waiting for a heart or a comment, knowing that my story and the contributions that I can make in this Community have some meaning and value for another, and as a plus to all this, seeing many things that are coming to the surface that will lead me to this path of self-knowledge.
Additionally, it challenges you to create valuable, original, quality content and all this motivates you to do a better job every day.
Hive: more than a social network
When I made my first publication I thought I had a clear idea of what I was going to share in the Community, however, none of those ideas have been put into practice because instead others have been emerging from an open and sharing space that I did not think I would achieve with so little time in the Community.
Hive is not just another social network, it is very different from what I have known up to now, it is a true community where everyone can express themselves as they wish, without censorship and moreover, they are well received, in an environment where values such as respect, sharing, receptivity, exchange of ideas, helping others with total and absolute disinterest, among many other values that make you feel part and master at the same time, owner.
I have the impression that in other networks people are going to take what they need and don't really appreciate the time and dedication it takes the author to make his "creation", they use the information and don't even thank him.
I find it fascinating that this Community not only generates spaces for sharing and exchange, but also promotes in different ways that each member exploits their talents.
Hive provides infinite opportunities for everyone. There are so many Communities and people showing their talents, gifts, skills. It's a social Network where you find "a lot" of everything, there is space for the arts, poetry, photography, politics, religion, culture, sports, literature, news, gastronomy, crafts, and a long etc., etc., etc., which gives a tint to the "integral" and "diversity" platform.
Hive: a true experience of liberation...
Now that I am involved with the Community, I find myself amazed at the love I have taken for it in such a short time... And how could I not when I have revealed many personal experiences that have not only helped me to reflect on them and allow the feelings I had about them to surface, but I have also felt accompanied and received with each of the comments I have been given.
That is why I describe my experience in Hive as a "path of self-knowledge", each post has been very revealing of my personal processes, have served to heal, overcome situations that I thought forgotten, thank many others, observe situations that I have yet to overcome, in short has been an experience of catharsis, revelation, exploration, containment, discovery, confession and healing.
Hive: a space for people meeting
The first few weeks I was very busy thinking about my publications and trying to understand all the "ins and outs" of the platform, then I spent several days just reading publications, meeting communities, going around watching the movement. After that I lost my shyness and started to interact, making comments, voting for the publications and more than that, getting involved in other people's lives, because of course, Hive provides that space for you to connect with another story similar or not to yours and that has been absolutely enjoyable for me, because it has been natural and fluid, nothing forced.
With each post I read I feel like I'm getting more interested in the creations of others, you begin to follow the work of each one and it gives a lot of enthusiasm to be "waiting" for what will come next, for what they are going to share, for the outcome of unfinished stories...
Until now I invited my sister and a special friend to be part of this Hive Community, and although their experiences are not at all the same as mine, because their interests and abilities are different, I see them motivated each one in their area creating content, going through that path of discovery as I do, and finding in this space one of those infinite possibilities to grow, show off and enjoy the experience while doing it.
Yeeees!!! Hive is an experience of total Enjoyment, you can spend many hours entertaining doing life on the platform and almost, almost that can be a vice ... That has happened to me in just these last two months, I imagine that those who have more time walking on this path will have many more things to tell.
Thank you @rutablockchain for showing me this possibility and creating this Community that will undoubtedly grow at a fast pace because I am sure that thousands of people have found in Hive a space to make Life.
