A challenging year just ended, we’ve faced big difficulties, we learnt and rediscover the value of life. It is time to welcome a year that comes full of hope for a better world, personal and community progress.
On this first day of the year, I want to share with you all an acrostic with the word HIVE, where I express my best wishes for success and blessings for this new stage that begins on our platform and in our lives.
Ya salimos de un año desafiante, donde nos enfrentamos a grandes dificultades, donde aprendimos y redescubrimos el valor de la vida. Es hora de dar la bienvenida a un año que viene cargado de mucha esperanza de un mundo mejor, de progreso personal y comunitario.
En este primer día del año quiero compartir con todos ustedes un acróstico con la palabra HIVE, donde expreso mis mejores deseos de éxitos y bendiciones para esta nueva etapa que inicia en nuestra plataforma y en nuestras vidas.

We are in a constant search for happiness, sometimes we have fallen into the error of thinking that we can find it in material things, such as having the best job, a great house, a late model car, the best partner, having fame and recognition; however, happiness is not something that is found in some external place, but rather implies a change in attitude towards life, what makes us happy is within ourselves, it is a matter of looking within ourselves and putting in perspective what motivates us to keep going every day, enjoying the little things in life and being grateful for what we have. This 2021 let’s decide to be happy, because it depends on ourselves, let’s live in the here and now.
Happiness (Felicidad)
Estamos en una constante búsqueda de la felicidad, a veces hemos caído en el error de pensar que podemos encontrarla en las cosas materiales, como tener el mejor empleo, un gran casa, un carro último modelo, la mejor pareja, tener fama y reconocimiento; sin embargo la felicidad no es algo que se consiga en algún sitio externo, sino más bien implica un cambio de actitud ante la vida, lo que nos hace felices está dentro de nosotros mismos, es cuestión de buscar en nuestro interior y poner en perspectiva qué es lo que nos motiva a seguir adelante cada día, disfrutar de las pequeñas cosas de la vida y ser agradecidos con lo que tenemos. Este 2021 vamos a decidirnos a ser felices, pues depende de nosotros mismos, vamos a vivir el aquí y el ahora.

Quoting Roger Van Oech, I fully agree that… "Today's problems cannot be solved with yesterday's solutions." To advance and progress in life, we must renew and reinvent ourselves every day, unleash our imagination and creativity to build a better world for ourselves and for others. Hive is a school that teaches us to constantly seek that novelty, and this year will be no exception.
Innovación
Citando a Roger Van Oech, estoy en total acuerdo en que… “No es posible resolver los problemas de hoy con las soluciones de ayer”. Para avanzar y progresar en la vida hay que renovarse y reinventarse cada día, dar rienda suelta a nuestra imaginación y creatividad para construir un mundo mejor para nosotros mismos y para los demás. Hive es una escuela que nos enseña a buscar esa novedad constantemente, y este año no será la excepción.

This year is nothing more than a new opportunity to do something significant in our lives, take certain risks, venture out, go further, get out of our comfort zone. Let's be brave and take firm steps forward, facing each challenge with our heads held high and a spirit of improvement and resilience.

Este año no es más que una nueva oportunidad de hacer algo significativo en nuestras vidas, tomar ciertos riesgos, aventurarnos, ir mas allá, salir de nuestra zona de confort. Seamos valientes y demos pasos firmes hacia adelante, enfrentando cada reto con la frente en alto y un espíritu de superación y resiliencia.

In these turbulent times that we have had to experience due to the pandemic, nothing should excite us more than the fact of being alive. So, let's stay motivated, let’s not lose heart, no matter how many times we have to insist to achieve our dreams and goals. Each failure is a lesson, an invaluable learning that will allow us to have the tools to get ahead in times of adversity, we have learned that we are stronger than we thought.
Entusiasmo
En estos tiempos de turbulencia que nos ha tocado experimentar debido a la pandemia, nada nos debe entusiasmar más que el hecho de conservar la vida. Pues mantengamos la motivación, no desmayemos, no importa cuántas veces tengamos que insistir para lograr nuestros sueños y metas. Cada fracaso es una lección, un aprendizaje invaluable que nos va a permitir tener las herramientas para salir adelante en los momentos de adversidad, hemos aprendido que somos más fuertes de lo que pensábamos.
