Jesus if it's not one thing it's the other... Them sonic deterrent things are decent, we had mice and got rid of them and then bought those deterrents to stop any more coming in and they seemed to do the trick

We had lots of mice in the winter as well but I think the rats scared them off. I will see about those ultrasonic sound thingies.
