Hablemos del café, bueno te contare mi relación con él, más allá de decirte que me encanta y que he llegado a reducir las tazas del día, aunque sinceramente creo que dependen de la jornada. Desde que entré a la universidad, mis mañanas empiezan con el maravilloso ritual de este elixir.

El café me acompaña en todo momento, al despertar después de lavarme los dientes (a veces ni eso) enciendo la cafetera, aunque debo confesar que lo prefiero colado tradicional, calentar el agua en una olla, y al hervir verter con un colador de tela el café molido, mientras respiro profundo dejando entrar su maravilloso olor hasta lo último de mis pulmones, para luego servirlo en mi taza favorita, tengo una con manchas de colores y otra con diseño marítimo.
The coffee joins me at all times, when I wake up after brushing my teeth (sometimes not even that) I turn on the coffee maker, although I must confess that I prefer it strained traditionally, heat the water in a pot, and when boiling pour with a cloth strainer the ground coffee, while I breathe deeply letting in its wonderful smell until the last of my lungs, and then serve it in my favorite cup, I have one with colored stains and another with marine design.
Si estoy sola me lo tomo en silencio mirando a la nada, dejando que su sabor me invada, si estoy acompañada lo disfruto igual, no importa si la energía es alta o baja; triste, contenta o alegre, el café hace su trabajo balsámico, es como un abrazo cada vez que lo tomo. ¿Pudiese decir que soy adicta a los abrazos? ¿Quién no?
If I'm alone I drink it in silence looking at nothing, letting its taste invade me, if I'm accompanied I enjoy it the same, it doesn't matter if the energy is high or low; sad, happy or joyful, coffee does its balsamic job, it's like a hug every time I drink it. Could I say I'm addicted to hugs? Who wouldn't?
Tengo muchas anécdotas donde el café es parte importante, pero la que más se repite es cuando lo pido o manifiesto que me gusta fuerte, negrito y sin azúcar. La gente se sorprende y ríe, considero se percibe en todo su esplendor, también porque mi mamá me dió mi primera taza así, si, fue ella quien me introdujo al mundo cafetero y se lo agradezco mucho.
I have many anecdotes where coffee is an important part, but the constant one is when I ask for it strong, black and without sugar. People are surprised and laugh, I consider it is perceived in all its splendor, also because my mom gave me my first cup like this, yes, it was her who introduced me to the coffee world and I am very grateful to her.
La verdad es que este ritual no solo es para despertarme, lo relaciono mucho con el proceso creativo para desarrollar cualquier proyecto, en cómo algo tan simple llega a convertirse en algo tan gratificante, que incluso escala posiciones inimaginables, como personas especialistas en su cultivo, preparación y degustación. La evidencia se repite, dedícate a algo y exprésalo en todas las formas posibles.
The truth is that this ritual is not only to wake me up, I relate it a lot with the creative process to develop any project, in how something so simple becomes something so rewarding, that even scales unimaginable positions, as people specialized in its cultivation, preparation and tasting. The evidence is repeated, dedicate yourself to something and express it in all possible ways.
