Dear community, I want to share my simple homemade secret to help hair growth and prevent hair loss.
I had a pixie-style haircut, which was a wonder! I kept it like this for a little more than a year, very short and constantly shaved. But when I decided to let it grow again, it was very fragile and wasn't growing fast.😫
I tried everything, but I found the most effective and natural solution in my own kitchen. After so much trial and error with my hair,⚗️ I remembered a very useful and practical old homemade recipe for these cases, which I turned to immediately to strengthen my hair. It's about... Yes, homemade plants!
Let me introduce you to: RUE AND ROSEMARY (Ruda y Romero in Spanish).
Rosemary not only stimulates hair growth but also gives an incredible shine. For its part, rue is my perfect ally to reduce hair loss and say goodbye to dandruff.
I simply boiled a bouquet of rue and another of rosemary (which I previously chopped into pieces) with two glasses of water for 10 minutes. When it is ready, you let it rest for about 10 more minutes, and then, when it's cold, you put it in a container like this one that used to hold water and has a hole in the lid, so that it is completely liquid.
I apply it to the root of the hair three times a day (if you're not going out, because it has a strong smell, although the smell fades over time). I don't wash it off; I just apply it and let it dry. It has really worked for me, and my hair is thicker and stronger.
Another idea is to apply this liquid to your favorite shampoo. When you apply the shampoo, you leave it on your head for at least 5 minutes to let it take effect, and then you wash your hair as usual.
I don't know if there are allergies to these natural medicines, but just in case, check beforehand if using this irritates your skin or causes itching. If so, wash your hair immediately. Since it's homemade and you won't be ingesting it, I don't think it will cause any inconvenience.
I am not telling you to use it or to stop using it; that is at your own discretion. I truly found the solution to my growth problem with this natural product, which is why I wanted to share it. This tip may be useful for those who are starting to go bald, for both men and women.
