Eid Mubarak to Everyone!
Friends, I hope everyone is well and enjoying the joy of Eid, but of course maintaining social distance. Because the security of life is more important than enjoying. Moreover, the current situation should be kept in mind at all times. A little carelessness can bring great danger. So it is important to be careful in the middle of our Eid festival.
With the joy of Eid, we Bengalis always prefer to eat sweets. And it is also true that Bengalis prefer relatively sweet things. Especially eating something sweet after a meal has a great effect on increasing our digestive power. This is why we eat almost all sweets after heavy meals. You can say that this is also our culture.
However, on this special day of Eid, almost all of us have some items in our house. These are the semai national dish. Especially Lachcha Semai is a favorite item of almost everyone. Although nowadays we eat such things except Eid or special days. Anyway I prefer Finney more. This is a very useful item for me, especially after a heavy lunch.
On this special day, as I celebrate Eid, I will share this favorite item with you. Although now it is not as difficult as it used to be, because now everything is available in ready-mix. This makes it much easier to make now.
If you use any readymix like me, you only need to collect milk as an additional ingredient. There is no need for anything extra. Let's see what are the next steps?
First you have to pour the milk in a pan, then you have to cook them well.
Then pour the readymix in the milk and mix it.
Stir well for a while, remove when nice smell comes out and enjoy the taste.
