Hallo liebe Hiver,
wie Ihr sehen könnt, hat mich schon in frühester Jugend das Bikefieber gepackt! Es war für mich immer ein tolles Erlebnis an den Wochenenden bei meiner Oma zu sein und mit dem Fahrrad Touren in der Natur zu machen. Zum 12ten Geburtstag bekam ich dann ein rotes BMX geschenkt, war damals total in und einige von Euch werden sich sicher noch an das Modell erinnern können oder? Leider habe ich davon kein Bild mehr. Als Jugendlicher und junger Erwachsener lagen dann meine Interessen eher im Party Bereich, so dass das Radfahren eher zu kurz kam. Erst mit Anfang 30 hat es mich wieder gepackt. Beziehungsweise einer rapiden Gewichtszunahme geschuldet, dachte ich mir, es wäre doch sinnvoll mal wieder mit dem Radfahren anzufangen. Einer meiner Freunde betreibt einen Fahrradgroßhandel und baut auch selbst Fahrräder zusammen, so dass er mir mein Wunschfahrrad konfiguriert und gebaut hat. Und das auch noch zum kleinen Preis.
Seitdem bin ich wieder auf Tour und erkunde die nähere und auch weitere Umgebung. Meine Familie habe ich sicher auch etwas angesteckt, so dass die Garage seither nur noch als Fahrradstellplatz dient und das Auto vor der Tür bleiben muss.
Seit diesem Bild sind noch 2 E-Bikes hinzu gekommen, so dass nun wirklich das Auto überhaupt nicht mehr rein passt. Immerhin haben Freunde und Familie durch mein Hobby immer eine Geschenkidee zum Geburtstag für mich, sei es für neues Zubehör, Reinigungsmittel, Ketten, reifen und was man noch so alles braucht. Bei einigen 1.000 KM pro Jahr auf dem Bike, muss immer so einiges häufig getauscht werden.
Aber was macht man nicht alles. Es ist doch einfach herrlich an einem schönen Sommertag an der frischen Luft mit dem Bike unterwegs zu sein!

as you can see, I was bitten by the bike fever at an early age! It was always a great experience for me to be at the weekends at my grandma and make tours with the bike in nature. Due to a rapid increase in weight, I thought it would make sense to start cycling again. One of my friends runs a bicycle wholesale and also builds bikes together, so he has configured and built me my dream bike. And that too for a small price.
Since then I'm back on tour and explore the nearer and also further surroundings. My family I have certainly also infected something, so that the garage since then only serves as a bicycle parking and the car must remain outside the door.
Since this picture was taken, 2 more e-bikes have been added, so now the car really doesn't fit in at all. After all, friends and family through my hobby always have a gift idea for my birthday, be it for new accessories, cleaning supplies, chains, tires and what else you need. With some 1,000 KM per year on the bike, must always be exchanged so some frequently.
But what does one not everything. It's just wonderful to be on a beautiful summer day in the fresh air with the bike!

como puedes ver, ¡me picó el gusanillo de la bicicleta a una edad temprana! Siempre fue una gran experiencia para mí pasar los fines de semana en casa de mi abuela y hacer excursiones en bicicleta por el campo. Para mi 12º cumpleaños me regalaron una BMX roja, que estaba muy de moda en aquella época y algunos de vosotros seguro que recordáis el modelo, ¿no? Lamentablemente, ya no tengo una foto de ella. Cuando era adolescente y joven, mis intereses se centraban más en el ámbito de la fiesta, por lo que el ciclismo quedaba bastante relegado. No fue hasta mis 30 años cuando volví a interesarme por el tema. Debido a un rápido aumento de peso, pensé que tendría sentido empezar a montar en bicicleta de nuevo. Uno de mis amigos dirige un mayorista de bicicletas y también monta bicicletas él mismo, así que configuró y construyó la bicicleta de mis sueños para mí. Y eso también por un pequeño precio.
Desde entonces, he vuelto a la carretera y a explorar los alrededores más cercanos y también los más lejanos. Seguro que también he contagiado un poco a mi familia, así que desde entonces el garaje sólo se utiliza como aparcamiento de bicicletas y el coche tiene que quedarse fuera de la puerta.
Desde que se tomó esta foto, se han añadido 2 e-bikes más, por lo que ahora el coche no cabe en absoluto. Al menos los amigos y la familia siempre tienen una idea de regalo de cumpleaños para mí debido a mi afición, ya sea para nuevos accesorios, productos de limpieza, cadenas, neumáticos y cualquier otra cosa que necesite. Con unos 1.000 KM al año en la moto, siempre hay que cambiar muchas cosas con frecuencia.
¿Pero qué más no haces? Es simplemente maravilloso estar al aire libre en una bicicleta en un hermoso día de verano.

!LUV Ja das sind 26 Zoll. War vor 10 Jahren noch recht normal, heute werden meist 28er oder 29er verbaut. Kleiner ist aber sportlicher und weniger. Die großen Räder sind eher zum gemütlichen Cruisen, die hab ich auf dem E-Bike.
