Studies have discovered that water is essential to the body because our body losses water. Water is essential for the kidney and helps remove waste products from our bodies.

The human body is composed of water and water aids the functions of the cell properly

Water helps for digestion. Over the years, I have also discovered that we lose water when we urinate and sweat.

When we engage in vigorous exercise, we become dehydrated because we sweat, it is important we take water to rehydrate.

Water also helps to keep the tissues in your body moist. It does more than just quench our saliva, it acts as a lubricant to the joints.

When we take an adequate amount of water a day, It keeps our body fitted and energized to work. It helps in reducing stress, fatigue, and headache.

Our skin also benefits from our adequate intake of clean water because it is a natural treatment for the skin. It detoxifies the skin and keeps it moist. When we are able to consume an adequate amount of water daily, it tells on our mood and refreshes us.

Our body functions depend on water. Water promotes the cleanses of our system.

Do not wait until you feel thirsty before you drink water, because been thirsty is a sign of dehydration.
