Making A Fast Food At Home

Hello Guys,

Hope all of you are well by the grace of Almighty Allah. Today I have made a fast food which is called GHUBNI PURI(It's a local name).

Ingredients

1.Split Chickpeas(Chana Dal)
2.Flour
3.Potato
4.Spices

Process:

First :
I took the split chickpeas and potatoes together in a pot. Then I put them in the oven to boil with water. At the same time I took a small amount of turmeric powder and the same amount of salt. It will take about 1 hour to cook.

When cooked, potatoes and pulses should be mashed together.Then mix well with onion, chilli and spices.

Second :
Then in a bowl, take the amount of flour, salt to taste, baking soda and mix well with lukewarm water. Shape like bread. Then it will be cut into small round shape.

Then deep fry it in oil.
When fried, it will look a lot like that.

I have used cucumber and tamarind water with it to enhance the taste.

Then garnish a little and serve.

It was very tasty to eat. Everyone in my family has appreciated my hand cooking a lot.

It ends here like today. I will come back later with a new recipe. Until then, stay well, stay healthy. Follow all the health rules related to corona.
