Family dine out after four months!

in BDCommunity4 years ago

Celebrating Eid was never so boring. It's not like this is the first Eid we are celebrating without our parents and relatives. But this time we are not going outside, not even meeting with our neighbors and doing other normal things. I know I don't have to tell you why, yeah, it's because of the COVID.

But the festive vibes we're not letting us sitting on our home for the whole day. I was seeing a lot of people going outside, doing other stuff so we thought let's take the risk to dine out. Ah! It felt great. After so so many days it felt like a day just like 'before'.

Don't worry. We choose a restaurant very wisely. They always have a goodnreputation. And they maintained protection and safety properly, at least that's what it looked like. They served the plastic cutlery wrapped in plastic and sprayed our sitting area before we arrive. It was a peace of mind. Now, we can't do anything but to live like this, no? How many days a human can live inside, after all!

You can see there was no crowd and the place is well maintained.

There was a small play area for the kids. And no need to say how much my son enjoyed there. It's been very long for him to play with other kids. Seeing him this much excited was a happy moment.

We usually travel to our parent's place to celebrate Eid with them. Here in this city, only a handful of relatives are living. And because of this coronavirus, they also didn't travel to anyone's place. So it was quite a different experience, celebrating a major festival with just three of us. And visiting these restaurants were our only recreation. Ah, what a life!
