Positive Parenting can Build a better future Generation!

Bangladesh has a toxic parenting culture. You may argue with me but this is what I believe.

If you don't think this way then maybe your parent has done a very good job. But for many their home seemed prison to them. I believe in setting boundaries for our children, teaching them respect. But these are not the same as what we employ with behavior and action.

Not sure what I'm talking about?

Don't you think our self-esteem issues hampered because of toxic parenting culture?

I would not fully blame our parents. It's about a culture. When everything thinks it's normal to embarrass our kids in front of the world, it's okay to let them feel low, it's okay to physically punish them so harshly that they become traumatized, it's okay to not make them aware of sexual education and accept molestation.

Isn't it a toxic culture?

That's why I always believe positive parenting is essential for a happier, healthier & prosperous family.

After becoming a mom, it makes me feel the need to talk more about it. I'm active in other social media like Facebook and Twitter from my personal account about this issue.

His messy play corner.

The problem is, in our culture, we don't teach our children anything about parenting. But we all know that someday they will play the role. On a contrary, we expect that they will play the role perfectly just after giving birth or becoming a parent.

Parenting is all about upbringing our children in the right way so they can contribute best to the world. The first stakeholder of positive parenting is always the household. That's the magic of positive parenting. Because we can get the fruit that we have planted. How we are bringing our children is how the world will be, right?

That's why we need to talk, learn, share more about positive parenting.
