For everything anyone wants to achieve, there will be conditions for them to fulfil first before the achievement can be in view. Failure to meet the conditions will also mean failure to hit the mark. As much as you have a great plan ahead, you must acknowledge the fact that ideas do not run on autopilot, neither do they fulfil themselves. For an idea to deliver maximally, you must follow the required process.
If someone wants to have a masters degree for example, the condition precedent is that the person must have obtained a first degree. No matter how he wishes, he cannot enrol for a masters degree course with only a high school certificate. There are things that will only require due process for them to work and going through shortcuts may wreck the entire process and make a mess of the proposed result.
Most of the things people wish and hope for are only processes-away. Instead of you wishing for something to be given to you or done for you, ask about what you can do for you to have it. Only kids always look for givers, adults look for instructions on how to achieve what they would have wished to be given.
No matter how experienced in flight a pilot is, he will still need to be communicating with the ground control tower to receive instructions. This is because, following due process is the backbone of success. Each time you walk away from the right path to success, struggles become inevitable.
The reason you have people (like mentors) to look up to is so that you can follow their footsteps to do what they did, so as to arrive at the same result that they did. The truth is, if you do what someone did and follow their process to the later, you will see the result that they see. You only need to align yourself with the person that have gone far in the particular journey you want to embark on.
Your dreams and your ideas may be very big and mind-blowing but the only thing that will make it achievable is following the due processes.
For someone that wants to be a professional athlete, maybe a footballer, he needs to fulfil some conditions like the age requirements. Obviously, you will not expect someone of 30 years to apply to be enlisted into the under-17 team as a footballer because he has not fulfilled the age conditions. In the same way, every other thing has their individual conditions attached to it. Always seek out the conditions in everything you do, so as to simplify the processes.
