Today the weather is too hot and there is water problem in Izmir. Actually there is always a water problem in Izmir every Summer.The water level in the dams has again dropped well below its capacity. Due to intense evaporation from high temperatures, the water has decreased considerably. Of course, this news means drying the leaves of the trees waiting for irrigation.Although it always rained after heavy evaporation, it is not necessary to be precise.In this case, unfortunately it causes water scarcity and drying of trees.
So what can we do in this situation? We can minimize the waste of water, which is the bad thing in the first place. Afforestation can be done in empty spaces in the city center. This is a very important step. Apart from that, dam dimensions can be increased to collect water.
