It feels so wonderful, revisiting the old childhood memory. Today it was one of those days, that I thoroughly enjoyed, not because I have interesting things to do, but generally because, I am at my maternal home after a long years. Reliving the old memory, every fraction of second. In my childhood, I always celebrated chaitra Navratri at my maternal home, and after so long I am again at the same place, enjoying the auspicious ocassion. What known to be worshiping of Goddess Durga, I a m right there taking a blessing after few decades.
It was a sudden plan, after a union strike in my city, that prompted me to visit my maternal home. Decades ago, I shifted back to Delhi, never had the chance to visit the place. But finding a good oppurtunity I made sure to attend the Navratri festival at my maternal home. Today is the 7th day, and right time to be at the festival zone. As soon as I reached, all the childhood memory started to flash in front of me. I didn't recognize everyone, but they know me. Thanks to my Dad and Mom , I got a welcome treatment by everyone. A place where, I never expected to be. But the people so warm and livable, I am happy. There are many things to tell, but I am running short of time. I have to wake up early to attend the Ashtami Puja. Will share all my nostalgic experience in seperate post.
