What started as a small idea to bring together Hive members in Argentina is taking more and more shape every day. And it is that there are already several of us who are putting a lot of love into this whole project of the first Hive Meet Up in Argentina, because we want it to go well and that our beloved platform has the recognition and dissemination it deserves. This time we have met as a preliminary to the big meeting to know each other in person to finish defining some organizational issues, and I must say that everything has been a success ❤️.
Lo que empezó siendo como una pequeña idea de reunir a los miembros de Hive en Argentina cada vez está tomando más y forma. Y es que ya somos varios los que le estamos poniendo mucho amor a todo este proyecto del primer Hive Meet Up en Argentina, porque queremos que salga bien y que nuestra querida plataforma tenga el reconocimiento y divulgación que se merece. Esta vez nos hemos reunido de manera preliminar al gran encuentro para conocernos en persona para terminar de definir algunas cuestiones organizativas, y debo decir que todo ha sido un éxito ❤️.
A few weeks ago we met for the first time with @numa26, @amandaj and @jannetyanez and it was there that we laid the groundwork for a great meeting of Hivers here in Argentina. To date, no Meet Up has been held here, so we moved from scratch with all the organization and planning of the event. We proposed a second meeting prior to the big day, publicizing it mainly through Hive, Twitter and Whastapp, and this was widely accepted by users. More than 30 people located in different parts of the country showed interest in the Meet Up and in attending it either in person or virtually ❤️.
Hace algunas semanas nos reunimos por primera vez con @numa26, @amandaj y @jannetyanez y fue allí cuando sentamos las bases sobre realizar una gran reunión de Hivers aquí en Argentina. Al día de la fecha no se ha hecho ningún Meet Up aquí, así que nos movimos desde cero con toda la organización y planeamiento del evento. Propusimos una segunda reunión previa al gran día, divulgándola principalmente por Hive, Twitter y Whastapp y esto tuvo una gran aceptación por parte de los usuarios. Más de 30 personas ubicadas en distintas partes del país mostraron interés en el Meet Up y en asistir a él ya sea de manera presencial o virtual ❤️.
The idea of the preliminary meeting for the Hive Meet Up was to get to know each other in real life, define a date for the big event and comment a little on what we have been planning so far together with the organizing team made up of @numa26, @amandaj, @jannetyanez, @dimascastillo and me. For this meeting the team got a reservation at a Starbucks located in Puerto Madero, City of Buenos Aires. When the attendees arrived at the venue, we already had a place specially saved for us ❤️.
La idea de la reunión preliminar al Hive Meet Up era conocernos en la vida real, definir una fecha para el gran evento y comentar un poco lo que estuvimos planificando hasta el momento junto al equipo organizador conformado por @numa26, @amandaj, @jannetyanez, @dimascastillo y yo. Para esta reunión el equipo consiguió una reserva en una cafetería Starbucks ubicada en Puerto Madero, Ciudad de Buenos Aires. Cuando los asistentes llegaron al lugar, ya teníamos un sitio especialmente guardado para nosotros ❤️.
I think this meeting was a success for us because it was great to see so many writers together. Many of us perhaps already knew each other in virtuality or by our usernames, but real life always represents another level. Seeing so many people committed to the platform is inspiring, which makes me think that it can be transmitted to many people closer to this area. In total, more than 15 people participated in this previous meeting and 6 virtually, who accompanied us by video call ❤️.
Pienso que esta reunión fue todo un éxito para nosotros porque fue genial ver a tantos escritores juntos. Muchos de nosotros quizás ya nos conocíamos en la virtualidad o por nuestros nombres de usuarios, pero siempre la vida real reprensenta otro nivel. Ver a tanta gente comprometida con la plataforma es algo inspirador, lo que me hace pensar que se puede transmitir a mucha gente más cerca de esta zona. En total participamos de esta reunión previa más de 15 personas y de manera virtual 6, quienes nos acompañaron mediante videollamada ❤️.
Among the new people I met in this meeting prior to the great Meet Up was @cre47iv3, who is precisely the person who helped me create my own account here in Hive. We all know that when you are a newbie you need a series of guides and help to build a successful blog, and it was he who during the pandemic gave me all the guidelines so that I can achieve it. Although we both live in Buenos Aires, several kilometers separate us and after more than two years, this time everything aligned so that we could finally see each other in person. I will always be grateful to him, for everything he taught me and for believing in my potential as a blogger when not even I did 😅❤️.
Dentro de las nuevas personas que conocí en esta reunión previa al gran Meet Up se encontraba @cre47iv3, quién es justamente la persona que me ayudó a crear mi propia cuenta aquí en Hive. Todos sabemos que cuando uno es un novato necesita una serie de guías y ayudas para lograr construir un blog exitoso, y fue él quien durante la pandemia me dió todas las pautas para que yo pueda lograrlo. Si bien ambos vivimos en Buenos Aires, nos separan varios km y después de más de dos años, esta vez todo se alineó para que al fin nos veamos personalmente. Siempre voy a estar agradecida con él, por todo lo que me enseñó y por creer en mi potencial de blogger cuando ni siquiera yo lo hacía 😅❤️.
Finally, we have agreed on October 1, 2022 at 1:00 p.m. as the date for the Hive Meet Up in Argentina. In this meeting there will be a series of speakers, experienced Hive users who will share their experiences on Blockchain, trajectory on the platform, applications, communities, games and blog. It will be an enriching day for everyone and we are committed to inviting people who may be interested in Hive to learn more about everything we do here. If this preliminary meeting was a success, the big event will be even more so ❤️.
Finalmente, hemos acordado como fecha para el Hive Meet Up en Argentina el 1 de Octubre de 2022 a las 13 hs. En esta reunión habrá una serie de oradores, usuarios experimentados en Hive que compartiran sus experiencias sobre Blockchain, trayectoria en la plataforma, aplicaciones, comunidades, juegos y blog. Será una jornada enrriquecedora para todos y nos comprometimos a invitar gente que pueda estar interesada en Hive para que conozcan más a fondo todo lo que hacemos aquí. Si esta reunión preliminar fue un éxito, el gran evento lo será aún más ❤️.
I am very excited for the great Hive Meet Up in Argentina and for meeting with people who enjoy doing the same as us. All these people are putting all their hearts so that this turns out in the best way and I have no doubt that it will.
