Tengo el gusto de postear aquí nuevamente, esta vez fue muy emocionante ver la imagen del concurso de esta semana, una deliciosa hallaca, me encanta esta comida típica de mi país Venezuela, me generó alegría de saber que pronto llegará el mes de diciembre y podemos disfrutar de la navidad elaborando este rico plato acompañado del rico pernil, ensalada de gallina típica de estos días decembrinos tradición de la cena de nochebuena y los siguientes días hasta fin de año viejo y principios de año nuevo, compartiendo en familia, vecinos y amigos para recibir el año entrante con alegría y esperanza!
Son días muy emotivos y en unión familiar de todos los Venezolanos acostumbramos a reunirnos para degustar, compartir y amenizar las fiestas navideñas.
¡Aprovechamos que en este mes las instituciones donde trabajamos, nos pagan el bono de aguinaldo, y podemos disponer para empezar a planificar y hacer la lista para las compras de los ingredientes de las hallacas, acompañantes y postres, estos días son bastante ajetreados con mucho trabajo, pero un gustazo que nos damos al disfrutar estos deliciosos platos, acá en casa hacemos una reunión, nos dividimos las tareas; Unos lavan las hojas, otras hacen el guiso y otra hace la masa y estiran, otros amarran, hasta finalizar y poner la prueba en la olla para probar que tal va quedando y si falta algún ingrediente agregarlo! ¡Nos divertimos, tomamos, echamos cuentos, bailamos con una música variada y así agradamos este momento de mucho trabajo pero muy satisfactorio!
I am pleased to post here again, this time it was very exciting to see the image of this week's contest, a delicious hallaca, I love this typical food of my country Venezuela, it made me happy to know that soon the month of December will arrive and we can enjoy Christmas making this delicious dish accompanied by the rich pernil, chicken salad typical of these days of Christmas Eve dinner tradition and the following days until the end of the old year and early new year, sharing with family, neighbors and friends to receive the new year with joy and hope!
They are very emotional days and in family union of all Venezuelans we usually get together to taste, share and liven up the Christmas holidays.
We take advantage that in this month the institutions where we work, pay us the bonus of Christmas bonus, and we can have to start planning and making the list for shopping for the ingredients of the hallacas, side dishes and desserts, these days are quite busy with a lot of work, but a pleasure that we give us to enjoy these delicious dishes, here at home we make a meeting, we divide the tasks; Some wash the leaves, others make the stew and others make the dough and stretch it, others tie it, until the end and put the test in the pot to try it and if any ingredient is missing, add it! We have fun, we drink, we tell stories, we dance with a variety of music and so we enjoy this moment of hard work but very satisfying!!!
