Hello, it's Tuesday, it's time for Three Tune Tuesday (TTT), where we share three musical picks and have some fun. Thank you to @ablaze for this exciting initiative.
This is my second week joining TTT in 2026, but I forgot to include the TTT tag in my post last week, so I don't know if it counted or not. Haha. Anyway…
This week, I want to share three tunes with an instrumental theme. It's currently raining here, which makes me too lazy to go out. Listening to instrumental music adds to the gloomy vibe but strangely helps me focus more on my work.
Alright, let's get started!
1. Mogwai - White Noise
This song is quite personal to me. Back in 2011, Mogwai toured in Bandung, Indonesia. The ticket price was cheap, yet it was the best concert I have ever attended. The stage was so intimate and the sound was thunderous. At that time, Mogwai was touring for the album "Hardcore Will Never Die, But You Will." I wasn't too familiar with the songs from this album back then. They opened the concert with this track, and I was hooked instantly! Haha. It sounded different from their previous albums, but the layers still felt very Mogwai.
2. C2C - F.U.Y.A
C2C is a group of champion DJs from France. I used to work at the French Cultural Center in Jakarta, and one of my jobs was organizing concerts to bring French artists to Indonesia. C2C was always a target (because Daft Punk was too expensive), but that dream was never achieved. It’s such a shame. I really love C2C; they are DJs who treat vinyl and turntables just like rockstars playing their instruments. They are very dynamic and communicative. Watching their concert would be an unforgettable experience.
3. Polyphia - Playing God
Okay, Polyphia, what else is there to say about them? Super talented, experts at blending modern music with strong roots, featuring fast classical guitar picking à la Al Di Meola, combined with modern beats. It results in a piece of work that is unique and different. And Tim Henson is a brilliant young guitarist!

Lol. I was too lazy to change the cover hahaha. So, sorry for my laziness hahaha. Yeah Punk in Drublic was just too awesome, I still listened to Lineoleum from time to time. Perfect track to start the day
