BlackRock is the biggest investment fund in the world. They are some times called "the owners of the world".
Now they are getting into bitcoin, a system that was built for free circulation of value or the "underworld of finance" if you want to look at that way.
BlackRock is trying to get into Bitcoin and some might see it as a way of appropriation if you will.
I got it, so it's not an official thing but it might as well be.
