Does it only mute them in DBuzz interface or from all other interfaces as well... Alternatively, if I pressed "Mute" on PeakD would DBuzz be affected by it too?

Instead of the button being "Add" in both cases it should be "Mute" and "Unmute."
The user is not thinking of adding someone to his mute list. He's thinking of not hearing from them again. The wording should reflect that. It also serves a reminder if one clicked it by mistake!
