hahaa! Easy choice for me...rhubarb hands down. I live in Florida now and have many times had folks from the midwest ship me some rhubarb through the mail lol. Occasionally we see it in the specialty grocery stores but it is uncommon. That being said, I wouldn't turn down a piece of chess pie either lol.
