My country Libya (supposedly) has enough materials for Industrial Oil & Gas to make every Libyan rich. Yet, we have problems even with electricity.
I don't know if it's a management/politics/abuse problem or if we're being lied to about our resources.

Responsible mining should be done then. Problem is Chinese and Filipino mining companies don't know shit about it.
