is there a website where one can see how far away we are from the haircut? thanks in advance!
Two ways, on https://hiveblocks.com you can see the HBD print rate. If it is anything less than 10,000 we are getting close to the haircut. Especially if it is 0.
You can also see daily financial statistics by @arcange. It is not quite as accurate (I think it is using real price not feed price), but at 10% debt ratio, that is the point haircut is in place.

Are you gona buy HBD later to close the circle?
It will depend on prices. This close to the haircut it might be better to hold USD and try to snipe HBD when it makes larger drops (since very few people will be converting now).
