i think that is the reason that in PH and thailand the people looks even younger. Because they smile more and less stress. Unlike in the western countries :(
Yes that one is good it can protect u from the stress but sometimes also it is good if we have our own decissions. "If everyone will jump into the well doesnt mean i have to do the same" 😅 we use to say this 😁
