I don't speak for @themarkymark but maybe part of the problem is game streaming is gray area copyright infringement. I can see how that could be argued. You don't own the game IP and you're broadcasting a 2 hour movie equivalent content without authorization. Not really fair use.
I disagree, but that's OK.
