You should ignore this duplicate post from the @noelgamingtv account. That account is used by a real person (not a bot) who is completely new to Hive. The duplicated post is very likely caused by a Hive front-end bug which the new user is totally unaware of.
It is possible that he is referring to grills, especially because there is a saying that "a man's heart is in his stomach". I suddenly remember barbecues.
By the way, I know that the sentence "Sometimes, I think about... girls." is from the Mobile Legends game character Alpha, who is a robot made to think like a human. Therefore, we can assume that @noelgamingtv is an avid Mobile Legends player.
