You actually have to request a mail-in ballot if you do not intend to vote in person. Or there is an absentee ballot you can request if you are not living in your assigned polling place area. An absentee ballot has to be verified by on-file signature.
Just make sure they're not coated in plastic first.. otherwise use them to make next generation solar panels!
