One Piece is one of the best Anti-Authoritarian, Anti-UN kid's shows in the market. It's also an amazingly well done story with 946 episodes, 14 movies and counting. We will have few hundred more episodes.

Pokemon was very kid friendly. I don't know what would fit a 3 year old. If you search for Shounen Anime, you will get some great content for middle school or late elementary kids. Maybe Dr. Stone will be educational.
