I understand you, yes. Last week, and probably this week as well, I’m lacking a lot of energy. But everyone does what they can and at their own pace. Autonomy is also knowledge. Knowing how to think for yourself, improving your culture, etc. So autonomy also comes through reading. You could therefore buy books that improve, for example, your knowledge of nature!
