The green lake.
Hello to all dear friends and welcome back to my blog. Today I share with you my latest watercolor painting made this morning, on a beautiful sunny day. This morning I was very inspired by the beautiful day and I dedicated myself to painting a lake landscape with typical oriental features.
I started from a very intense green base with many shades of yellow and dark green.
I chose a vertical format to give a lot of importance to the sky and the clouds.
The significant aspect of my pictorial work today consists in the realization of clouds, in a way contrary to pictorial normality.
Why?
Simply because I made the clouds by subtractive synthesis, that is by wetting the colored paper and with a brush with slightly hard bristles I eliminated the color, with a lot of patience the clouds came out.
A pictorial process that many watercolors use, that is, to candel some dark parts of the painting with clean water and gently, thus highlighting the object.
After discovering the clouds I entered the landscape of the lake with the Japanese-style vegetation.
This is the result, a landscape turned to green, an optimistic view of nature favored by the splendid morning here at my house.

By the way Japanese tourists when they visit my studio appreciate more the Italian pictorial subjects, mine was a pictorial research exclusively aimed at my mood.

Il lago verde.
Ciao a tutti cari amici e ben tornati sul mio blog. Oggi condivido con voi il mio ultimo dipinto ad acquarello realizzato questa mattina, in una splendida giornata di sole. Stamattina ero molto ispirato dalla bella giornata e mi sono dedicato a dipingere un paeaggio lacustre con tratti tipici orientali.
Sono partito da una base verde molto intenso con molte sfumature di giallo e verde scuro. Ho scelto un formato verticale per dare molta importanza al cielo e alle nuvole. L'aspetto significativo del mio lavoro pittorico di oggi consiste nella realizzazione delle nuvole, in modo contrario alla normalità pittorica.
Perchè?
Semplicemente perchè ho realizzato le nuvole per sintesi sottrattiva, cioè bagnando la carta colorata e con un pennello dalle setole leggermente dure ho eliminato il colore, con molta pazienza sono uscite fuori le nuvole.
Un processo pittorico che molti acquarellisti usano, cioè di candellare con acqua pulita e delicatamente alcune parti scure del dipinto, mettendo così in risalto l'oggetto. Dopo aver scoperto le nuvole ho inserito il paesaggio del lago con la vegetazione di stile giapponese.
Questo è il risultato, un paesaggio virato al verde, una visione ottimistica della natura favorita dalla splendida mattinata qui a casa mia.

A proposito i turisti giapponesi quando visitano il mio studio apprezzano di più i soggetti pittorici italici, la mia è stata una ricerca pittorica esclusivamente rivolta al mio stato d'animo.
