VINTAGE GLASS MARBLES
Hello, dear friends,
when we were kids you could find these marbles almost everywhere, and apart from being a game they were also very beautiful... I loved all those colours 🤩
Nowadays it is even difficult to find them in a toy shop....
Anyway, I took out my vintage marbles, washed them under Checco's supervision,

quando eravamo bambini queste biglie si trovavano praticamente ovunque, e a parte essere un gioco erano anche molto belle da vedere... adoravo tutti quei colori 🤩
Al giorno d' oggi é persino difficile trovarle in un negozio di giocattoli....
Comunque ho tirato fuori le mie biglie vintage, le ho lavate sotto la sorveglianza di Checco,
and put them all in a glass box as decoration, but first I took some pictures.
e le ho messe tutte dentro ad un contenitore di vetro come decorazione, ma prima ho fatto qualche foto.

Interesting that you still have these. I remember I had an old sock full of these when I was a kid, and we had a game where we would win marbles from one another. Our street reputation depended on how big of a collection you had in your sock!

Kaufen zählte da nicht (die "reichen Kids" wollten da trumpfen) - die musstest Du gewinnen. Also Du kaufst eine Handvoll, dann gewinnst Du genug um einen Kniesocken zu füllen der am Gürtel befestigt bis zum Boden runterhängt. Dann bist Du "King of the Hill".
Also wir "Gassenbuben" hatten uns dann immer an den "Richy-Rich" bereichert und denen ihre Marbels im Spiel abgenommen bis sie dann weinend nach Hause gingen und ihre Eltern um mehr Taschengeld anbettelten damit sie mehr Marbel kaufen können.

Insieme ai miei amici maschietti si faceva la pista nella sabbia e si facevano le gare con le biglie di vetro, come con le biglie di plastica con dentro la foto dei ciclisti famosi (Gimondi, Zilioli, De Filippis ecc.)
Indimenticabili partite, peró quelle di plastica invece non le conocevo! Se non me lo dicevi probabilmente non l' avrei mai saputa quella dei ciclisti 😃
