El cine siempre ha sido una gran ventana para historias que nos muestran mundos diferentes, idealistas y fantásticos. Con esa idea me gustaría recomendación muy interesante:
"Jeon Woo-chi: The Taoist Wizard" o también conocida como "Woo-Chi: cazador de demonios"; es una película surcoreana del género fantasía, estrenada en el año 2009
Que nos cuenta: Hace cinco siglos, durante la Dinastia Joseon, una flauta con poderes mágicos fue la causante de un combate extraordinario entre dos fuerzas: las del cielo y las del infierno, entre los dioses y los demonios.
En medio de esa situación, Woochi, un aprendiz de mago del Priorato del Este, y algo irreverente, se verá envuelto en la lucha por la captura de unos demonios quienes escaparon hacia la tierra, pues éstos se atraviesan en medio de su búsqueda personal de convertirse en El Gran Mago. Sin embargo, será inculpado de la muerte de su maestro y aprisionado en una especie de papiro en el que permanecerá durante siglos.
Aunque se creía que la humanidad estaría a salvo de los demonios, por extrañas circunstancias, éstos aparecen libres en el Seúl del 2009, exponiendo al mundo a nuevos peligros. Por esa razón, los antiguos (e inmortales) dioses se ven en la necesidad de liberar a Woo chi y pedirle ayuda.
Dirigida por el surcoreano Choi Dong-hun, esta cinta de aventuras recupera todo el espíritu de la épica heróica asiática, al mismo tiempo que mezcla el humor con coreografías de artes marciales artísticas y elegantes.
El reparto está encabezado por Kim Yun-seok, Lim Su-jeong y Ju Jin-mo, quienes con naturalidad llevan una historia con giros inesperados y mucha ¡magia!, además de que cuenta con profundos mensajes filosóficos y existenciales. Aunque es un poco extensa, no resulta para nada aburrida, al contrario cada giro en la trama te mantendrá conectado con la historia.

The cast is led by Kim Yun-seok, Lim Su-jeong and Ju Jin-mo, who naturally carry a story with unexpected twists and a lot of magic! In addition to having profound philosophical and existential messages. Although it is a bit long, it is not boring at all, on the contrary each twist in the plot will keep you connected with the story.
