As explained by Borja Toledo Padrón, the main author of the discovery, the star is called GJ 740, it is a cold dwarf star, the new world, that is, one more approximate of three Earth masses and it orbits its star in only 2.4 days, the mass and the orbital period suggest that it has a rocky composition, as well as an estimated radius of 14 Earth radii.
Según explicó Borja Toledo Padrón autor principal del descubrimiento la estrella, se llama GJ 740, es una estrella enana fría, el nuevo mundo o sea una más aproximada de tres masas terrestres y orbita su estrella en sólo 2,4 días, la masa y el período orbital sugieren que tiene una composición rocosa, así como un radio estimado de 14 radios terrestres.
