Este programa es fenomenal ya que al final del mismo los estudiantes pueden decir con toda certeza que han realizado una investigación activa y en la vanguardia de la astrofísica y es más en este caso concreto resultó ser una investigación tan buena que incluso la han publicado en una revista científica, The Astronomical Journal los estudiantes y su mentor analizaron los datos del satélite de estudio de esos planetas en tránsito, el TESS (Satelite de Sodeio de Exoplanetas de transito), tres de los nuevos mundos se consideran subnoctunos o también llamados mini neptunos como su nombre indica son mundos como nuestro Neptuno pero más pequeños.
