Greetings my dear community, I bring you my experience in the workshop of values dictated in the company where I am a manager, being the moderator and leader of my team, with the advice of an institution prepared for this type of workshops, we started with the theory then we put into practice what we have learne .

We take the family issue because it is where the first values are taught; that they will be sustenance for life in society and throughout the life of the person, hence the importance of their adequate transmission from this first socializing agent. We formed a team where each one would take the role of a member of a family group, mom, dad, brother, sister, uncles and grandparents, the theme would be the birthday of the grandfather and the son would be the character with anti values where the family unites to help you in honesty and respect .

Los Valores familiares entre los miembros de una familia, establecen relaciones personales que entrañan afinidad de sentimientos, de afectos e intereses que se basan en el respeto mutuo de las personas. Hablamos de la SEGURIDAD para confiar en ti mismo y ser el primer peldaño para el éxito y FLEXIBILIDAD para ver cada problema como la oportunidad de encontrar una solución.
Family Values between family members establish personal relationships that involve an affinity of feelings, affections and interests that are based on mutual respect of people. We talk about SECURITY to trust yourself and be the first step to success and FLEXIBILITY to see each problem as the opportunity to find a solution.

La familia es la comunidad donde desde la infancia se enseñan los valores y el adecuado uso de la LIBERTAD, para vivir cada momento como uno desee. Es por esto que en la familia se inicia a la vida social. Para entender este valor practicamos un juego donde cada quien toma su decisión de elegir una repuesta que tiene una puntuación y será sumado en equipo.
The family is the community where values and the proper use of FREEDOM are taught from childhood, to live each moment as you wish. This is why in the family one begins to social life. To understand this value we play a game where everyone makes their decision to choose a response that has a score and will be added as a team.

Por ultimo realizamos un juego donde tenemos que abrazarnos muy fuerte en equipo, representando los valores y un compañero intentaba meter un pañuelo entre nosotros, representando el anti valor. Al final se entendió que trabajar valores une, dinamiza y motiva a los miembros del equipo mejorando su rendimiento.
Lastly, we played a game where we had to hug each other very tightly, representing values, and a colleague was trying to put a handkerchief between us, representing anti-worth. In the end it was understood that working values unites, energizes and motivates team members by improving their performance.
