Great photos. While there is an undeniable aesthetic to the bokeh in these images, I would be curious to see them done with focus stacking:

If you haven't tried this, I highly recommend it.
yes I tried several times, but I'm not very good with PS, or with other graphics programs, so the result was always worse than the original.
Fortunately, being photos taken under the microscope, the focus is not bad
